I am pleased to announce that Sadler Brothers, Inc. has become part of the Hilsinger Company (Hilco), the leading eyewear accessories company in the industry. I am excited to be continuing my career in an executive role with Hilco, and am looking forward to the new challenges and adventures ahead. I am also most pleased that the majority of Sadler employees will be joining Hilco, as well.

Sadler was founded in 1863 and had been continuously owned and operated for 6 generations by the Sadler family. Beginning Monday, March 17th all orders for Sadler products should be placed with Hilco. Hilco will continue to manufacture and supply the vast majority of Sadler products, under either the Sadler or Hilco brands. The new 2008/2009 Hilco catalog, which contains most Sadler products, is in the final stages of printing. A copy will be mailed to you as soon as it becomes available, within the next few weeks. If you do not already have an account with Hilco, one will be established for you automatically and you may begin ordering immediately. Payment for any outstanding Sadler invoices should be remitted directly to:
